Jesus concludes the teaching in this chapter by making it clear people will be divided by belief in Him, or not. It will not be an easy life for Christians.

To plan wisely for the future is good, but worry - especially about money - can be detrimental in many ways. Jesus encourages us to get the right perspective and trust God who provides for all creation.

Jesus spends 40 days in the desert. A biblical perspective of Satan is given. The 3 temptations are real but Jesus uses scripture, Holy Spirit and angels to overcome them. We have the same resources today.
